Nick Turk offers daily HIIT classes to target your full body, core & obliques. Fitness has always been a part of Nick's life, and he views it as a gift to be able to get up every day and move! Nick Turks coaching method is to build you up, not break you down. Everyone is invited, and he encourages you to bring family and friends. Nick believes in hard work while listening to your body. Classes are for people of all fitness levels and age groups. During class modifications are given and recommended. Nick believes that if you are patient and take his instruction, you will see a person you never knew could exist.
